もちろんそうではありません。多くのクラスを永続化して実行するように定義できます。

(new DatabaseHelper(getApplicationContext())).getDao(TheClassYouWant.class)

ダオを取得します。onCreate、onUpgrade で各テーブルを定義することを忘れないでください。
