最初のアプリを heroku にアップロードしようとしていますが、うまくいきません。というメッセージが表示されます。

スタックオーバーフローで同様の質問がすべて見られましたが、どれも私のケースを解決できませんでした。私は Rails 4 を使用しており、heroku のログは以下のとおりです。
