c# - URL ソースのメモリ不足例外

URLから画像を取得するこのコードがあります

ユーザーは Windows 7 64 ビットを実行しており、.net 4.5 がインストールされています (アプリケーションは .net 4.0 です)。

修復ツールを実行してもらい、.net も再インストールしました。

私はここでアイデアがありません。WebClient を使用して画像をダウンロードし、ファイルに保存するアプリも作成しましたが、うまくいきました。また、機能しないのは1つの画像URLだけではなく、プログラムで（異なるドメインなどから）スローできる画像URLについてもです。

ユーザーは avast と microsoft security Essentials も持っていますが、他のテスト アプリが画像を正しくダウンロードするのをブロックしたと思われるでしょう。

これを引き起こしている可能性のあるアイデアはありますか？私には手がかりがありません。バグのようです。グラフィックカードドライバーの問題に傾いていますが、よくわかりません。
