前にこれを試してください

sudo ln -s /usr/bin/gcc /usr/bin/gcc-4.2
apt-get install ruby{version}-dev

bundle install ffi

gcc を 4.2 に設定する必要がありましたが、うまくいきました。また、Gemfile.lock で ffi のバージョンを 1.0.9 に変更しました。

エクスポート PATH=/opt/gcc-4.2.0/bin/:$PATH
