間違った型にデシリアライズしようとすると、同じエラーが発生する可能性があります。
たとえば、あなたが電話した場合 

Deserialize<object>(myXml)

また 

Deserialize<Failure>(myXml)

XGResponse はXmlRootAttribute、デフォルトの名前空間名を指定する で装飾されていますが、ドキュメントはそうではありません。

この名前空間宣言を削除するか、xmlns="http://tempuri.org/XMLGateResponse"xml のルート要素に追加してください
