アプリにこのカスタム カメラ アクティビティがあり、正常に動作していますが、カメラ アクティビティ中にホーム ボタンを押してからアプリに戻るとクラッシュし、logcat は、サーフェス ビューの作成。このセットアップ メソッドは onResume で呼び出されます。

getHolder() の呼び出しは surfaceCreated で行うべきではありませんか? ドキュメントで以下を見つけました:

基になるサーフェスへのアクセスは、getHolder() を呼び出して取得できる SurfaceHolder インターフェイスを介して提供されます。

SurfaceView のウィンドウが表示されている間、Surface が作成されます。ウィンドウの表示と非表示に応じて Surface がいつ作成され、破棄されるかを検出するには、surfaceCreated(SurfaceHolder) と surfaceDestroyed(SurfaceHolder) を実装する必要があります。
