 project -> Build Path -> Configure Build Path -> Order and Export Tab.

エクスポートで「Android Private Libraries」がチェックされていることを確認します。

libs/ フォルダーからライブラリを追加した場合は、「Android プライベート ライブラリ」セクションに自動的に追加されるため、それらを削除します。
