heroku アプリがクラッシュし始めてから 48 時間経ちました。正直なところ、クラッシュの原因はわかりません。再起動し、ダイノスを変更して実行しようとしましheroku run rake db:migrateたが、どれも機能していないようです。

2 つの Dynos x1 と 1 つの Dyno x2 に変更しようとしましたが、PostgreSQL Crane をインストールして DATABASE_URL として設定したものは何も変更されません。
クラッシュする理由と、この厄介なエラーを修正するにはどうすればよいですか?
