xamppに問題があります。それをインストールした後、私の仮想ホストはまったく機能したくありません。アクセスしようとすると、http://localhost/うまくいきます。しかし、何か他のものを入力するとhttp://laravel.dev、エラーが発生します。

正確にどのようなエラーが表示されますか?

Vhost に沿って正しいものを指定しないと、問題が発生する可能性があります。2 番目の仮想ホストを次のようなものに適応させてみてください。
