IOError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory error を受け取りました。どこに問題があるのか​​わかりません。ディレクトリを確認したところ、ファイルが存在します。また、このプログラムを多数のテキスト ファイルで実行しようとしています。他に問題がないかどうかを確認していただければ幸いです。
