そこで、テキスト ファイルを読み取り、その内容をデータベースに追加するこのプログラムを用意しました。ここでは問題ありません。しかし、新しいコンテンツがファイルに追加され、プログラムが再度実行されると、すべての値が最初からデータベースに保存されますが、プログラムを 2 回目に実行するときに新しいコンテンツを一番上に追加したいだけです。どうすればこれを行うことができますか、これが私のコードです。前もって感謝します！！
