MS Reporting Services にレポートがあり、(Reporting Services の Web インターフェイスを介してレポートを表示する場合) 画面に正しく表示されますが、それを PDF にエクスポートしようとするとエラーになります。
Web サービス経由でレポートにアクセスしようとすると、次の YSOD が表示されますが、Reporting Services の Web インターフェイスから PDF にレンダリングするとレポート エラーが発生します。

レポートが非常に大きい場合 (しきい値が不明な場合)、PDF のレンダリングに失敗するようです。（40ページ以上のPDFページはエラーになりますが、たとえば5ページ以下ではありません）。
