c# - アクション '' のメッセージは受信側で処理できません。

Question

WCF サービスを作成するために必要なクライアントから提供された WSDl があります。

次の構成を使用してWCFに実装しようとしたsoap 1.2の下にあるため、soapアクションは提供されません

SOAP UI を使用してアプリを送信しようとすると、以下のエラーが表示されます
