php - html dom を使用して Id で特定の div を取得する

HTML DOMを使用して特定のdivのコンテンツを取得しようとしています

ここに私のコードがあります

div を取得したい html 構造は次のようになります。

ID が e170923 の div を取得したいです。この div は div イベント ペインに含まれています。

上記のコードで多くの試行を行いましたが、機能せず、何も得られないので、これの何が問題なのですか
