外部 API への POST リクエストを作成し、送信されたオブジェクト (JSON) を返すために再利用できるポスト リクエスト クラスを作成しました。

Callback メソッドは datastate オブジェクトを取得し、それをこの関数にプッシュします。

API から送信された返信の本文を取得する方法がわかりません。それはjson形式を返しています。それを素敵なC＃クラスにマップし、それを使用して電話に表示できるようにする必要があります。

JSON.NET を使用しない例が見つかりません (Windows Phone 8 用のアセンブリがありません)。

JSON.Net does support windows phone 8, it's available as a portable class library according to this answer.

Just try adding the package via nuget...
