理想的には、PHPMailer などを使用して、電子メールが認証付きの SMTP サーバーを介して正しく送信されるようにする必要がありますが、これらのヘッダーを追加すると少しは役立つはずです。

そうは言っても、Gmail の SMTP サーバーは間違いなく認証を必要とするため、XAMPP の設定にもかかわらず、メールはおそらく通過しません。
