android - 部分文字列を使用するとテキストビューが空になる

Question

私はアンドロイドでアプリケーションをやっています。アプリケーションは、引用または式をテキストフィールドに保存します。ユーザーはこのテキストを変更できます。しかし、引用が に表示されるときに、まったく表示されないようにしたかったのTextViewです。引用の最初の 5 文字だけを表示したかったのです。部分文字列を使用してこれを実行しようとしましたが、開いてTextViewも何も表示されません。はTextView空です。私に何ができる？
