アダプターのコンテンツとして postList を使用しています。次に、その内容を doInBackground() で変更します。それをしてはいけない。

これがあなたがしなければならないことです。doInBackground() でデータを収集して返します。結果は onPostExecute に渡されます。次に、onPostExecute で、アダプターの内容を変更し、データの変更について通知します。onPostExecute() は UI スレッドで実行されます。

AdapterView を定期的に更新する場合は、publishProgress を使用します。

doInBackground で新しいスレッドを開始する必要はなく、runOnUIThread メソッドを呼び出す必要もありません。それは機能しますが (特に runOnUIThread 部分)、AsyncTask クラスは必要ありません。
