Postgresql のパフォーマンスについて助けが必要です

サーバーを調整するために postgresql ファイルを構成しましたが、速度が遅く、CPU リソースが 120% を超えています

この問題を解決する方法がわかりません。Google で詳細情報を検索しようとしましたが、十分ではありません。autovacuum 文と reindex db も試しましたが、引き続き遅いです。

私のアプリは、python twisted で開発された tcp サーバーを使用して 1 分あたり 6000 を超えるレコードを挿入する gps リスナーです。問題はありません。ストアドプロシージャを使用して最後の位置を要求するために、djangoアプリからデータベースに6秒ごとにクエリを実行しますが、50を超えるデバイスでクエリが遅くなり、CPUがリソースの120%以上を使用し始めます
