Pthreads エラーについて: すべての MPI ライブラリは、最終的な実行可能ファイルをビルドするときに、特定の数の外部依存関係をリンクする必要があります。そのため、MPI 実行可能ファイルを使用gccまたはリンクすることはお勧めできません。g77むしろmpiccmpif90別の MPI コンパイラ ラッパーを使用する必要があります。いずれにせよ、指定すると Pthreads がリンク-pthreadされます。

ATLAS エラーに関しては、静的ライブラリがコマンド ラインに表示される順序が重要です (動的ライブラリの場合はそうではありません)。あなたの場合、あなたは持っています:

... /usr/lib64/atlas/libatlas.a /usr/lib64/atlas/libcblas.a ...

アトラスと pthread が見つからないようです

undefined reference to 'ATL_dsyreflect'

undefined reference to 'pthread_setspecific'

これに適切にリンクする必要があります。そうしないと、アトラスの場合、正しく構築されない可能性があります。

pthreads には、-lpthread上に表示されていないフラグが必要であり、アトラスでも何も表示されないと思います
