UIAlertView のようなものを作成しています。Apple が行ったことに近いものを作成しようとしているので、MyAlertView というクラスを作成し、MyAlertViewDelegate というプロトコルを作成しました。そのクラスにはデリゲートというプロパティがありますが、

プロトコル宣言が見つかりません

どうすれば UIAlertViewDelegate について何かを知ることができますか? なぜ自分のプロトコルを認識しないのですか?

次のように、 @interface 宣言の上に@protocol MyAlertViewDelegateを追加する必要があります。
