表示されるメッセージは、PHP curl パッケージが見つからないことを示しているわけではありません。

代わりに、問題は、コンパイルに必要なファイルを含む「システム」curl パッケージ、または少なくともその「開発」バージョンを持っていないように見えることですpecl_http。

簡単に判断するとapt-cache search：

$ LANG=en apt-cache search libcurl dev
libcurl4-gnutls-dev - Development files and documentation for libcurl (GnuTLS)
libcurl4-openssl-dev - Development files and documentation for libcurl (OpenSSL)
...

おそらく、またはのいずれlibcurl4-gnutls-devかをインストールする必要がありlibcurl4-openssl-devます。

または..sudo apt-get install libcurl3-dev提供するだけcurl/curl.hで、pecl_httpインストールは続行されます
