Telnet は正常に動作しているようで、ssh-agent が返されます

id_rsa 秘密鍵へのフル パスを指定したいと思います。

IdentityFile /full/path/.ssh/id_rsa

がありid_rsa.pub、すべての親ディレクトリが適切に保護されている場合(「グループ」に書き込み不可)、Github プロファイルにコピーしたキーを再確認してください。

または、パスフレーズで保護されていないキー (ssh-agent を必要としないことを意味します) を使用して再試行し、これが機能することを確認します。
