XAMPP で MySQL を実行しようとすると、エラーが発生しますが、それ以外はすべて正常に動作します。既に my.ini のポートを変更しようとしましたが、2 つのサービスを無効にしようとしましたが、それらは既に無効化され有効化されていましたが、MySQL はまだ開始を拒否しています。
