アクティビティ インジケーター コンポーネントを xib にドラッグするだけです。.h ファイルでプロパティを宣言します。それを接続します。

viewDidLoad 呼び出しの .m ファイル。

[self.activityIndicator starAnimating];
[self.activityIndicator.hidesWhenStopped = YES;

そして、テーブルが読み込まれた後、次のように呼び出します。

[self.activityIndicator stopAnimating];

サブビューは必要ありません。
