FileTransfer API の upload() メソッドは、ターゲットの場所に対してマルチパート POST を実行します。XPage でそれを処理できるはずです。PhoneGap では (まだ) 行っていませんが、他のさまざまなファイル アップローダでは行っています。アップロードされたファイルの受信ターゲットである XPage と、それを処理する Java クラスの 2 つが必要です。
