java - 春は静的コンテンツを提供していません

Question

Spring mvc:resource を使用して静的コンテンツを提供しようとしています。問題は、静的コンテンツがロードされていないことです。リクエストを調べると、HTTP 400 BAD REQUEST レスポンスがリソースから返されていることがわかります（私の場合と画像）。
