これは IE では問題なく動作しますが、chrome または firefox ではレンダリングされません。問題は何ですか？

これが機能するには、Web サーバーが xsl シートの正しい MIME タイプを返す必要があります。

XSL FAQで指定されているように、Mozilla はtext/xmlorを必要とします。application/xml

クロムも一緒に提供するのが最適であるように思われますapplication/xml.

多くの場合そうであるように、IE は他のブラウザーほどうるさくなく、text/xsl.
