私にとって興味深いのは、パーシャルを正常にレンダリングする他のプロジェクトがローカルにあることです。だから私はそれがレールのバージョンの問題ではないことを知っています（動作する他のプロジェクトではレールが凍結していません）。また、パーシャルが app/views/layouts にあり、名前の前にアンダースコアがあり、拡張子が正しい順序 (.html.erb) であることも確認しました。
