2分ごとにGPSとセルIDに基づいて追跡を行う追跡アプリがあります。AlarmManager の setRepeting() を使用して MainActivity からサービスを開始しました。次に、そのサービス内で asynctask を記述しました。onPreExecute() では、gps または cellid を使用して緯度と経度をフェッチします。doInBackground() では、sqlite db からデータを取得してサーバーに送信しています。asynctask アプリにすべてのネットワーク関連のコードを記述した後でも、アプリケーションが応答していないと表示されることがあります。OKを押すと再起動します。これを回避するにはどうすればよいですか。

preExecute() ではなく、doInBackground() メソッドで緯度と経度を取得する必要があります。

場所の取得には時間がかかる場合があり、バックグラウンドで実行する必要があります。それがあなたがこの問題を抱えている理由です。
