rubygems - chef_gem レシピが vagrant ではなく、chef-solo から機能する理由

リソースchef_gemは動作しますが、動作しchef-soloませんvagrant up

ただし、vagrant VMに入りますvagrant ssh

vagrant$sudo chef-solo -c /vagrant/solo.rb -j /vagrant/aux.rb を実行すると問題なく動作します。
