利用可能なメソッドを確認しましたが、バックグラウンドで実行されているスレッドを実際に中断するものはないようです。
コードを見ると、内部で AsyncTask が使用されているようです。asyncTask を中断するために使用できる「穴」を見つけようとしましたが、見つかりませんでした (リフレクションに問題がない場合を除きます)。この機能を持つ独自のローダーを作成できると思います。
必要に応じてコードを変更できると思います。おそらく、asyncTask の値をチェックする「forceCancel」を追加し、null でない場合は「cancel(true)」を呼び出します。これが私が見たコードです:
