確かに、きれいな空のワークスペースを使用して、新しい eclipse3.5 セットアップに VE (Visual Editor) をインストールすることをお勧めします。
(または、少なくともディレクトリ " org.eclipse.jem.beaninfo" と " org.eclipse.ve.java.core" を " " から削除し<workspace>/.metadata/.pluginsます。

オールインワン更新サイト(zip ファイル) をダウンロードして解凍し、「利用可能なソフトウェア サイト」設定ページで更新サイトとして参照します。
そこから、インストールを正常に続行できるはずです。
