mytoolkit.co.uk サイトを参照している場合は、間違った要素を編集しています。ページ コンテナーの div を広くしてから、そこから下に向かって作業する必要があります。

あなたの場合、ID「ページ」でdivを編集する必要があるようです。例えば：

次に、ヘッダー、コンテンツ、フッター div などの追加の子 div を編集します。
