onCreate() で 1 つの Calendar インスタンスを作成し、そのパラメーターを設定してから、インスタンスを setAlarm() に渡し、インスタンスを変更し、setAlarm() を呼び出すなどできないでしょうか?

フォアグラウンドで実行できるアクティビティは 1 つだけなので、setAlarm を 10 回呼び出すには、別のルートを使用する必要があります。もしかしてループ？;)
