このコードはArrayList<String>、アダプターに渡す場合にのみ、必要に応じて正常に機能しています。しかし、オブジェクトをアダプターに追加すると、MultiAutoCompleteTextViewオブジェクトのフルネームではなくオブジェクトのフルネームが設定されます。JGETDATAオブジェクトから first_name のみが必要です。

これを実現する正しい方法は、アダプタに Filterable インターフェイスを実装することです。convertResultToString(Object resultValue) メソッドの独自の実装を返すメソッド getFilter() を実装します。
