autoconf-archive マクロのサポートにより、autoconf を使用してブースト ライブラリを検出しています。これらはシステム全体のブースト ライブラリで正常に動作しますが、ホーム ディレクトリでブーストを手動でコンパイルすると失敗します。

boost-1.39 以降、libboost_filesystem は libboost_system に依存します。1.39 より前では、boost_filesystem にしかリンクできませんでしたが、それ以降のバージョンでは、両方にリンクする必要があります。

多分それはあなたのエラーと関係があります。

私は、boost.m4が Autoconf マクロ アーカイブから入手できる Boost マクロよりもはるかに堅牢であることを発見しました。boost.m4 に移行するだけで幸運に恵まれるかもしれません。
