d - D クラス、OOP、および GTKd Notebook

Question

以下の 2 番目のクラス (MyNewClass) の gtkd を使用して、gtk ノートブックにページを追加しようとしています。ノートブックは、最初のクラス main_window 内で作成され、2 番目のクラスによって呼び出されます。プログラムは正常にコンパイルされますが、プログラムを開くと、gtk メインウィンドウはテスター ボックスを除いて空白です。
