Azure インロール キャッシュの使用を開始しましたが、ローカル マシンの Azure コンピューティング エミュレーターではすべてがうまく機能しますが、サーバーでは機能しません。サーバーに msshrtmi.dll がないなど、いくつかの問題に既に対処しましたが、なぜこのエラーが発生するのか理解できません。

このエラーについて私が見つけたのは、ローカル Azure コンピューティング エミュレーターをインロール キャッシュで管理者権限なしで起動した場合に発生するということだけです。しかし、エミュレーターではすべてが正常に機能し、ステージング環境に公開した後にのみ問題が発生します。(本番に切り替えるとエラーが残ります)。
/username や /countryname などのルートを解決するためにキャッシュを使用します。そのため、利用可能なユーザー名と国名がキャッシュされ、データベースの変更時に更新されます。キャッシュへの最初のリクエストで作成される静的 DataCache オブジェクトを持つ静的クラスがあります。しかし、ホームページすら起動しないので、キャッシュオブジェクトを作成しようとする前にエラーが発生します。
Web.Config. web.config からすべてのキャッシュとキャッシュ診断関連の構成を削除すると、アプリが起動します。
