/haveとマッチャーhave_exactlyはRSpec 3 から削除されました。これらは現在、別のhave_at_leastrspec -collection_matchers gem にあります。have_at_most

または、zishe が言うように、gem をインストールするeq代わりに、have/の代わりにhave_exactly、 andbe >=の代わりにをhave_at_least使用できます。be <=have_at_most
