TFS を使用して展開エージェントを Release Management サーバーに接続しようとしています (すべて Update 2 を実行しています)。
Release Management サーバーは、テスト環境サーバーのネットワークの外側にあります。HTTP 経由でアクセスできます。テスト環境はプロキシの背後で実行されています。これを追加して、プロキシ経由の接続が確実に機能するように、構成ファイルの構成を変更しました。

シャドウ アカウントを使用して、展開エージェントをリリース管理サーバーに接続しています。
展開エージェント構成ウィザードを実行すると、すべてが成功します。ログ ファイルにエラーは表示されません。ただし、Release Management Client で新しいサーバーをスキャンすると、サーバーが表示されません。
ログを詳細に変更したところ、展開エージェント ログ ファイルに次の情報が見つかりました。

The Deployer user (<MACHINENAME>\<USERNAME>) does not have access to the crypto store. On the server where the deployment agent is installed, navigate to this folder %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Crypto\RSA\MachineKeys and give read/write access to <MACHINENAME>\<USERNAME>.

キー f92439b4a629bc3a41a69e308c... を MachineKeys フォルダーから削除すると、アクセス許可エラーが消えます。ただし、展開エージェントはまだサーバーに接続できません。これは、ログ ファイルが示すものです。

シャドウ アカウントを作成しました。エージェントを Azure 仮想マシンにインストールし、このシナリオで使用しているものと同じ資格情報を使用すると、このセットアップが機能します。問題は、顧客サイトのプロキシ構成に関係していると思われます。
