新しいマシン (Windows 10) で Python (CPython 3.4、64 ビット) をセットアップしています。私はnumpyとnoseをインストールし、インタプリタプロンプトでnumpy.test()を実行して、すべてが期待どおりに機能していることを確認しました:

ここまでは順調ですが、VS2012 で PTVS を使用して同じことを行うと (私のチームはソース管理に TFS を使用しています)、エラーが発生し、テストが失敗します (以下を参照)。

VS で記述したスクリプトをコマンド ラインから実行したところ、インタープリターを介して直接テストを実行した場合と同じ結果が得られたので、スクリプト自体ではなく、VS/Python のセットアップに問題があると確信しています。問題は何でしょうか？
