これは古いことだと思いますが、同じ問題がありました。Gensim の古いバージョンを指している可能性があります。バージョン >= 0.10.2 を使用していることを確認する必要があります。

「easy_install -U gensim」で更新し、IDE が更新されたライブラリを認識していることを確認します。
