ios - セルが割り当てられたときにUICollectionReusableViewのボタンborderColorを変更する方法

Question

ボタン付きの UICollectionReusableView があります。ユーザーがボタンをタップすると、backgroundColor と borderColor を変更したいと思います。BackgroundColor は変更されましたが、borderColor は変更されませんでした。
