/opt/mono-3.10.0 に mono 3.10.0 をインストールし、/opt/xsp-3.0.11 に xsp 3.0.11 をインストールしています。

これらのディレクトリを両方とも PATH に追加しました。

ファイル システムを検索すると、DLL が GAC にあることがわかります (私は信じますか?)。

XSP は、別のプレフィックスではなく、mono と同じプレフィックスにインストールする必要があります。
