geoip_city gem をインストールしようとすると、エラーが発生し続けます。既に GeoIP C ライブラリを /opt/GeoIP にインストールしましたが、gem がそれを認識していないようです。私はもう試した：

sudo gem install geoip_city -- --with-geoip-dir=/opt/GeoIP


sudo gem install geoip_city -- --with-geoip-lib=/opt/GeoIP/lib

ARCHFLAGS パラメータを渡して、64 ビット アーキテクチャ用にビルドされることを示す必要があると思います。
