アプリにプッシュ通知を送信できるように、Android デバイスを登録して登録 ID を取得しようとしています。

プロジェクト ID とプロジェクト番号、および API キーがあり、Android 用の Google クラウド メッセージングを有効にしています。
PhoneGap Build を使用してアプリを開発し、プッシュ通知に次のプラグインを使用しています。 https://github.com/phonegap-build/PushPlugin/blob/1979d97/README.md
を使用してconfig.xmlファイルにプラグインをインストールしました
