私が作成したGoogleサイトマップのurlset要素に属性が設定されている場合は機能しないLinq-2-XMLクエリがありますが、属性が存在しない場合は正常に機能します。

クエリできません：

これの理由は何でしょうか？

XMLの「xmlns=」タグを参照してください。名前空間を指定する必要があります。コードの次の変更をテストします。
