Gitlab 7.5 から 7.7 に移行し、Gitlab 7.7 の新規インストール全体をセットアップしましたが、両方の項目で同じ問題が発生しています。
新しいリポジトリを作成すると「リポジトリの作成に失敗しました」というエラーが発生し、既存のリポジトリを別の名前空間に移動すると「プロジェクトを移動できません」というエラーが発生します。
どちらの場合も、どの gitlab ログにも gitlab-shell へのリクエストにもエラーは表示されません。
