python - TypeError: バッファ インターフェイス Twitch IRC チャット ボットをサポートしていません

まず、どこにも答えが見つかりませんでした。インポートする必要があるものなのか、それとも不十分なコードなのかはわかりません。簡単に言うと、このプロジェクトでは、SMS メッセージやその他多くの機能を備えた、より優れた Twitch フォロワー通知機能を作成します。
